BJKD accepts new LLC, for-profit corporation and nonprofit corporation formation orders for a $49 preparation fee. The applicable state filing fee is shown separately before checkout. The order form is for new formations only.
LLC and nonprofit corporation orders retain their existing state availability. For-profit corporation filings are currently supported in Alabama only while other state requirements are reviewed.
Paid orders go to BJKD for manual review and state filing after the full payment is verified. Payment details are entered only on Polsia's hosted checkout. Needs outside BJKD's new-formation service are referred to Bizee; the disclosure appears below.
