Question 1

What happens after I choose Bizee registered-agent service?

Accepted Answer

Bizee runs its own checkout and handles its registered-agent service. BJKD does not take payment for, submit filings through or manage a Bizee order. Review Bizee’s current service and order terms through the registered-agent referral below.

Question 2

What does a registered agent do?

Accepted Answer

A registered agent is the in-state point of contact for service of process and official state notices. The agent needs a qualifying physical address in that state and must be available there during business hours to receive documents. Using an agent service does not replace the business owner’s separate filing, tax or compliance duties.

Question 3

What is Bizee’s registered-agent price?

Accepted Answer

Bizee currently lists its standalone Registered Agent service at $149 per year. Bizee’s checkout shows the applicable renewal charges, eligibility and service terms for your order.

Question 4

Can I get a Bizee referral for a formation?

Accepted Answer

No Bizee referral destination is configured for formation services, so this site does not show a Bizee formation referral. BJKD’s own new-formation service charges a $49 preparation fee plus the applicable state filing fee.

Question 5

Can I use Bizee as my registered agent in more than one state?

Accepted Answer

A business may have separate state registration and registered-agent requirements in each state where it is formed or qualifies to do business. Bizee controls its current availability and pricing; check those details in its registered-agent order flow before choosing a service.

Question 6

Is banking part of a BJKD formation?

Accepted Answer

No. Banking is not part of BJKD’s formation service, and no Bizee banking referral destination is configured here. BJKD does not arrange or guarantee a bank account or approval.

Question 7

Does BJKD earn a commission if I use the Bizee registered-agent link?

Accepted Answer

BJKD refers clients to Bizee for registered-agent service. Bizee is a separate provider and controls its own services, prices and eligibility. If you use BJKD’s tracked link, BJKD may earn an affiliate commission.

Question 8

Who handles changes, renewals or questions about Bizee registered-agent service?

Accepted Answer

Bizee handles its own registered-agent order, so contact Bizee about order status, payment, changes, renewals and service questions. BJKD cannot view or manage Bizee transactions. For BJKD’s formation services, visit the page below.
